Service

Manchac is committed to maintaining your DOSIS®. Our sales and service agreement covers all parts, labor and updates for a five-year period. DOSIS was built with service in mind. Our support team has access to extensive remote diagnostics which often enables us to discover and correct potential problems before they occur. DOSIS collects and reports critical machine information to Manchac’s support team nightly.

Should an issue arise that cannot be resolved via telephone, a technician will be dispatched within 24 hours for on-site service.

Training / Installation

Installation is done by a Manchac team member. The simplicity of our installation process (typically less than three hours) gives our installer more time to focus on training you and your technicians. The Manchac installer will train the people you designate in your pharmacy who will interact with DOSIS.

Support Team

Manchac's heritage is in pharmacy automation and supporting automation products. Our team prides itself on our ability to smoothly integrate DOSIS into your pharmacy and support our product.
