The L60 is the first canister based technology that allows you to automate more than its own capacity by allowing you to hot-swap DOSIS drug canisters based on your formulary demands.

A single L60 has the capacity to automate any 60 canisters you have registered at any given time.

The counting technology is based on a patent pending revolutionary system that makes the canister the first truly universal pill counter. The intelligence is in the robot, not in the canisters.

There are no user required calibrations, nor do you need to send them to Manchac Technologies for manufacture calibration for any additional fees and down-time.

The DOSIS solution can handle generic change outs in stride during the normal bar code/NDC tracked replenishment.

Another reason we like the simplicity of our canisters is because there are no sensors, no electronics, no air-gaskets, no knobs; it is just plastic! This makes our technology easy to manufacture and affordable for you to purchase additional canisters to meet your dispensing needs across your entire formulary. A DOSIS L60 is sold with 70 canisters (12 extras).

Due to the fact that DOSIS dispenses directly from the canister into the blister card, the L60 can dispense any requested quantity (frequent dispensed quantities: 7, 14, 28, 30 and 31) without any cross-contamination concerns. The L60 also supports anniversary filling, which means it can start dispensing pills based on the prescription's start date such that the blister cup numbers match the days of the month.
